Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

Targeted Marketing LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and process personal data across our business operations, website, and the targeted advertising campaigns we manage on behalf of our clients.

1. Information Collected & Processed

A. Client & Business Prospect Information

We collect data from you when you register as a client, pay a setup fee, or submit branding assets:

  • Business Contact Info: Name, email, phone number, and physical billing address.
  • Branding Assets: Corporate logos, style guidelines, and associated graphic media.
  • Payment Details: Bank/credit card details processed securely via our third-party payment processor (we do not store raw card numbers on our servers).

B. Campaign Prospect Data (Ad-Tech Data)

When curating target audiences and running digital campaign operations, we and our authorized technology partners process the following:

  • Physical Address Lists: Curated databases of prospect postal addresses used to map physical locations to digital networks.
  • IP Addresses: Matched residential or corporate network identifiers.
  • Device Identifiers: Mobile Advertising IDs (MAIDs) for location-based geofencing and attribution.

2. How We Use and Share Campaign Data

  • We use prospect address databases solely to run matched digital display and video ads.
  • We share target address matching criteria and creative banners with our downstream ad-tech delivery partners.
  • We never resell, rent, or distribute Client-provided brand assets or prospect list files to third parties for their own commercial gain, nor will we use one Client's provided lead lists for another client's campaigns. The only exceptions to this policy are:
    • Authorized Joint Campaigns: If a Client explicitly provides a lead list and requests or consents to its use in a specific, joint campaign with another designated partner;
    • Independent Research Matches: If we independently generate a brand-new target prospect list for a different client using our own third-party data search criteria, and a business name or physical address naturally appears in those independent search results; or
    • Independent Overlapping Submissions: If two or more Clients independently submit target lists that happen to contain identical business names, physical addresses, or device identifiers. In such cases, we are not restricted from running campaigns targeting those overlapping prospects for each respective Client, as the underlying data was provided independently by each party.

3. Consumer Opt-Out Rights

We support the right of consumers to opt out of targeted digital advertising:

4. Data Security & Asset Protection

We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to secure your brand files and curated databases against unauthorized access. We retain campaign files, creative assets, and target prospect databases only for as long as needed to execute the requested advertising campaigns, fulfill our service agreements, or meet standard business record-keeping and legal requirements.
